Each Guild Aims
As Healers guild is our learning guild, all its aims are in that direction. But first of all, learning must be an enjoyable process!
- Help each others. Learn the game to have the best characters each member want to have, not necessarily the highest level, but with the most appropriate skills, equipment or anything else, according to our own way of playing.
- Organise party for dungeon, ursa, quest or whatever you want! Learn to work with each other, know the roles and the forces and weaknesses of other classes, to reinforce the party together.
- Have fun! It’s a game, don’t stress over it, just enjoy! If you get frustrated, take a break, a deep breath, and come back when ready! Have fun, have fun, and have fun!

Knight Hospitaler aims
KnightHospitaler is our guild for characters ready for the Witch Quest, or done with it (level 70+). So the real challenges start now! Here are the new goals:
- Still learn, but focusing on team work rather than individual toons. Fine tune the roles of each class in a dungeon party, until consultation beforehand becomes unnecessary.
- Organize time attacks, to improve the team work again and push your toon to it's limit in a "safe" environment at the same time as being challenging, due to the fact that you don't lose experience upon death but face epic (??) bosses. In order to get better, also set dungeon parties with guildies as well as epic bosses quests.
- Help each other earn good money and get better deals, to improve our equipments, items and pets.
- Have fun! It’s a game, don’t stress over it, just enjoy! If you get frustrated, take a break, a deep breath, and come back when ready! Have fun, have fun, and have fun!

Re: Each Guild Aims
That second guild is realy for Healers higher level players (and friends). Like Templars, Hospitallers were knights during the crusades at about the same time. We found it appropriate to use that name for such a guild. Hopefully, our second guild will grow big and strong.

EpicHospitaler aims
EpicHospitaler guild is for 120+. The objective is to become part of the bigger guilds circle, as time, and membership, goes on. Here are the new goals:
- Always learn, this time toward the strenght and weaknesses of all classes in a PvP goal. We use duels and larger scale PvP like in the DeathMatchZone to practice for sieges.
- Organize time attacks, aimed at winning them in order to participate in dungeon sieges, as we grow in levels and membership. Of course, the team work that can be gained by guild dps and using voice chat to discuss strategy are also enforced as much as possible, always with the respect of personal comfort with those means.
- Help each other earn good money and get better deals, in order to improve our equipments, items and pets.
- Stand up for and back up members of any guild in the Order whenever they are facing a tough situation, such as PKers or KSers of a higher level. But at the same time always consider the person behind the character causing a problem, and try to be diplomatic and ask what's going on and listen to both sides before doing anything. Respect all players in the game, as that is a key value of our Order.
- Have fun! It’s a game, don’t stress over it, just enjoy! If you get frustrated, take a break, a deep breath, and come back when ready! Have fun, have fun, and have fun!

Re: Each Guild Aims
CV4Healers is a guild of transition between Healers & KnightHospitaler, for alts of current members that wish to experiment in CV dungeon. The level range for this guild is 60-90. Here are the specific goals for this guild:
- Learn all the aspects of team work in dps, in a harder environment than most dungeons offer. As older players will know, CV used to be a dungeon where most players learn their class, since it needs real tanking, healing and crowd control. The means to do so are double, first in dping in a TA instance, so only characters in the guild can participate, up to 3 pts at a time; and second in the hardcore instance, which can include characters from any guild.
- Can be used as a Healers overflow guild for altholic members that wish to keep our logo, but to avoid crowding our academy guild with many partially inactive characters.

Re: Each Guild Aims
TheOrder is made of 5 guilds so far, and each has it's own aims, as shown above. Many players asked me over time, why we were not in a single alliance. So I think it is time for me to explain, because yes there is a reason!
Basically, an alliance can attack a single dungeon per week.
In conclusion, I hope this help members and friends to understand why, as a single family, we have 4 alliances. If anyone have further questions, please feel free to post about them!
Basically, an alliance can attack a single dungeon per week.
- Healers doesn't TA on a regular basis, but rather as players show an interest for it, and most importantly, considering the level of that guild, we only attack Relic of Arid Moonlight dungeon, the lv 30-50 dungeon, to allow as many members that wish to try it, to be able to do it even considering their relatively low level, and still enjoy it. Now, we don't have any interest in attacking a dungeon with Ursa4Healers, and so, we made HealersFamily alliance with those 2, to allow members that would have a stronger toon in U4H to use it, especially considering lots of them are many times deleveled.
- KnightHospitaler main focus is actually to attack a dungeon for the pve aspect and the strong team work it requires. To enforce this, we chose the dungeon where most of that guild is going to dp, Shrine of Palmir Plateau. It is a very interesting dungeon to attack, since the portals make it totaly different than any other dungeon. And with the wide availability of various kind of feathers, lots of players don't orientate themselves well in it. So it is the perfect target for our TAs with that guild.
- CV4Healers was specifically created to be able to TA Crystal Valley dungeon, as that dungeon is nearly completely abandonned with the Witch Quest, and unfortunately, it is one of the most interesting dungeon. It's very challenging, and so it was the perfect dungeon to learn your class and how to work together to form an efficient dungeon party. Most players get interested by this guild and its aims when they have already tried most aspects of the game, but any new players that would like to give a try is more than welcome, it will help them much for Sanctuary dungeon parties and higher.
- Finaly, EpicHospitaler is design to meet the expectations of higher players in the mass pvp aspect of the game that dungeon sieges offer. The chosen dungeon may vary a lot from one week to another, according to the current strenght of both the guild and the owners of dungeons.
In conclusion, I hope this help members and friends to understand why, as a single family, we have 4 alliances. If anyone have further questions, please feel free to post about them!
